Hard Hard Item To Find!! 2007 Model John Deere 4520 Diesel Tractor, 435 Original Hours, 53 Engine HP, 45 PTO HP, 4 Cylinder Water Cooled TurboCharged Engine, 4x4, Three Range Hydro Trans, Power Steering, Tilt Steering Wheel, Deluxe Seat, Foldable ROPs, Three Point Hitch, Rear 540 PTO, 10 x 16.5 R4 Ind Front Tires 80% Tread, 17.5 x 24 R4 Ind Rear Tires 98% Tread (still see the bar code on the raised tread), With John Deere 400X Quick Attach Loader, Single Lever Loader Control, JD Style Quick Attach 72 Heavy Duty Material Bucket. This was a one owner tractor bought new and the man was no longer able to operate the tractor so it had to find a new home. Spent every night in a barn. Has a few minor scraps and light scratches but super nice and not faded from sitting in the sun. Used very lightly for normal chores around a small property and the paint is still on the inside of the loader bucket and the backhoe bucket only has a few scraps off the paint. The backhoe may of been used about a hour. All original paint on the tractor and loader.

We touched up the backhoe seat metal back and the dipper stick and the stabilizer pads. I have the Three Point Hitch Arms for the three point when the backhoe is removed.

Starts and runs excellent, no smoke, no issues. These John Deere 4520 tractors are just a quality tractor and the attachments are very easy on and off. The loader is very easy to unhook and then reattach.

It does all the work with you on the seat just about. And the backhoe is the same it lifts itself on and lifts itself off. No heavy lifting or using a 8' pry bar and hanging it from the garage rafters. John Deere also gives you there standard quick attach bucket system that with removing two lynch pins the bucket unhooks and you can attach pallet forks, snow plows and other attachments.
