ERTL Farm Country Tractor Pull Incomplete Set For Parts Or Repair Read

So I know for sure this is missing the tractor and one of the bleachers, it could be missing a few other small things. As for the actual mechanics I put batteries in it and it turned on, speaker worked, and the buttons responded, but I could not figure out how to make the actual track work, could be broke or could be me not knowing how to use it. Also the battery door is broken, it stays shut you just need something to pull it open.
